LIBRARY CARDS

A WLC library card is required of all patrons who wish to check out books from the Waban Library Center. The WLC does not charge a fee for a library card. In order to receive a card, simply come to the WLC and fill out a form. Or, fill out the Library Card Form and mail it to us! Our mailing address is:

Since the library is no longer a “branch” of the Newton Free Library, cards from the Newton Free Library cannot be used to check out WLC books. Moreover, as the WLC is not a part of the Minuteman Library Network, books from Minuteman libraries cannot be returned to the WLC.
