FINANCIAL DONATIONS
The WLC is open to the public at no charge; and there is no fee for obtaining a library card. The WLC receives no funding from the city or the state, and relies entirely on private donations to keep our doors open. We need to raise funds to license our building from the city and to pay for basic overhead costs. Please give what you can to help ensure our long-term success. All donations are tax deductible.
The WLC encourages giving at all levels. The WLC offers general donation guidelines for those considering specific giving opportunities. To make a donation, please make your check payable to “WIS – Waban Library Center” and mail to: Waban Improvement Society, PO Box 6, Waban, MA 02468. You may also donate on-line at Waban Improvement Society.
